The Very Rev. Frank Castillo, Rector

Frank along with his wife and children helped found Resurrection PEC in October 2008. Prior to coming to Resurrection, he served in St. John’s County as a Family Pastor and worked closely in children, student and family ministries. Frank has served in ministry for several churches and has been a speaker at Men, Student and Family conferences. Additionally, he has preached and ministered in both Latin America and Europe. Bishop Anderson and his wife Robin moved to the St. Augustine area in 2006. After seminary Bp. Anderson served as Rector of several parishes in California and the Pacific Northwest. He was consecrated Bishop for the newly formed Diocese of the Resurrection in October 2009 for the Protestant Episcopal Church in the USA.
